Shipping Policy

All Brizette’s Boutique orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekend and holidays). Please note that Brizette’s Boutique is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. 

 

Brizette’s Boutique does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, packages stating delivered by USPS or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Brizette’s Boutique does not claim responsibility for package delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender by our third party mail carriers, for reasons including, but not limited to: insufficient addresses, incorrect address provided at check out, inaccessible delivery location at time of delivery, unpaid duties fees, and inability to forward package to updated addresses.

Standard Shipping: 5-8 Business Days

Expedited Shipping: 4 Business Days

 

Processing times are not included in shipping days. Once your order has been processed tracking information will be sent via email.

Since Brizette offers intimate items all sales are final. If you have any questions about sizing or material feel free to email brizettesboutique@gmail.com for assistance before making your purchase. If an item is defective, it must be reported within two days of receipt. If it is not reported within the two day time frame you will not receive any credit.
